   3. Production and quality plan
   4. Strategic plan
   5. Economic and financial plan
   6. Financing and premises search
3. The creation. Define the form of business:
   1. Self-employment
   2. Limited Liability Company or PLC
   3. Civil Society or Joint Ownership
